Obviously, no website about Adipocere would be complete without some traditional recipes and uses.
What follows are some of our personal favorites submitted by the staff at Valley Farms.
 
 
 

Grandmas Best Chocolate Chip Cookies.

2 1/2 cups flour
1 T Baking Powder
2 Eggs
1 cup white granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 T cream of tartar
8 Cups of Original Adipocere
1 T Salt
1 8 oz. bag of chocolate morsels

Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly and set aside.  Combine remaining ingredients then add to dry ingredients.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased (Adipocered) cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes at 350 degrees.
 
 

Uncle Mel's Furniture Polish

1 16 oz tin of original Adipocere
1 cup beeswax
1 cup kerosene
1 teaspoon dry laundry detergent.

Mix all ingredients well.  Apply with soft cloth then buff to a smooth finish.
 

Aunt Vaxine's Favorite Defoliant

1 16 ox tin of Adipocere Lite
2  cans of Cola
 

Melt the Adipocere. Slowly add to the Cola while briskly whipping.  Apply before resulting emulsion breaks. Effects will be swift.
